Ticket & Refund Policy

We keep things simple and fair. Here's exactly what to expect when it comes to your ticket.

The Short Version

All ticket sales are final — no refunds.
Need to transfer your ticket? Email us at least 48 hours before the event with the current and new attendee's name and email.
If we reschedule — your ticket becomes a full credit with priority booking for the new date.
If you don't rebook the rescheduled event — your credit stays on your account and can be used for any future event. It never expires.
If we cancel entirely — you'll receive a full refund. No action needed.

No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations. We put a lot of care into planning each event — supplies are ordered, vendors are confirmed, and spots are held just for you. We appreciate your understanding.

If something comes up, a ticket transfer is always an option (see below).

Ticket Transfers

Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee — completely free of charge — as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before the event.

How to request a transfer:

Email us at [email protected] with the name and email of the current ticket holder and the name and email of the new attendee. We'll handle the rest.

If We Reschedule

If we need to reschedule an event for any reason — weather, venue changes, or anything else — here's what happens:

Your ticket becomes a full credit

Your ticket automatically converts to a full credit for the rescheduled date. You'll receive priority booking and first access to the new date — no extra steps needed.

If you choose not to rebook

No problem. Your credit stays on your account and can be applied to any future Club event. It never expires.

If We Cancel

In the rare case that we cancel an event entirely with no reschedule planned, every registered guest will receive a full refund to their original payment method. No action required on your part. You'll be notified by email as soon as a decision is made.
